![]() We are going to try an IIS relay tomorrow hopefully, but i don't know how much of a difference this will make.Įdit 2 - Resolution - yep an IIS SMTP relay fixed the issue. ![]() We also noticed that the time on the device was out by 1 hour, so set it to use an NTP server, rebooted, correct time, but still no change. OK so we have also tried using the SMTP2Go relay service which can accept SMTP traffic over the old port 25 without TLS/SSL but no difference. Has anyone else had any experience with setting up O365 with these Xerox's? Any suggestions on how to get this to work? We've spoken with both Xerox and the printer support company, who have advised us to perform a "Full Overwrite" (which appears to format the memory where jobs are stored) and upgrade the system software to the latest available however neither have made a spot of difference. ![]() We have tried things such as Microsoft's Direct print (using the O365 end point), a different SMTP account from a web hosting provider, different accounts - all result in the same behavior. We can send the 'Test Configuration' email without any issue, but when it comes to sending an actual document (PDF or JPG) the Xerox sits at 'Processing' and eventually times out. We have set the printer up to send emails via Office 365 using the SMTP address. In turn we have began the process of re-configuring the device with SMTP, DNS etc. We have a Xerox WorkCentre 7830, a printer engineer came out the other day and wiped the device back to factory settings.
